[As developers] We want to make sure we provide the customers with clear or actionable points they can do to either fix things or understand the cause of things going wrong. And if we don’t do that we leave them or run in the risk of leaving them confused or frustrated with the product.
Me
This week I have had the pleasure of guest starring on Hotline Design Podcast. This is a new podcast about UX that my great friend Lavinia and her co-hosts, Lauren and Yu Xin, have started out of their passion for the subject. Previous episodes have touched on various themes about designers and their challenges, such as design teams of 1, accessibility, the Double Diamond and design systems.
In this week’s episode, we talk about how developers and designers can collaborate more effectively and how UX plays an important role even if the code is not immediately customer facing. In the end, we all share a couple of tips and tricks to keep in mind to ensure things run smoothly in your cross-functional teams!

Hope you enjoy it as much as I did taking part in it!
